Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital, experiential, and custom nature of Our Offerings—including but not limited to audio rituals, breathwork sessions, journaling tools, downloadable content, and any other non-tangible materials—all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

 

Additionally, all physical products (including but not limited to apparel, accessories, books, printed journals, drinkware, candles, and other print-on-demand or made-to-order items) are produced upon request and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund. We do not hold inventory and do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been submitted to production, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipment.

If You receive a physical item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, You agree to contact Us within 7 calendar days of delivery at NikiB@BarefootSoulSociety.com with clear photos of the product and packaging so We may address the issue in good faith. Replacement or resolution is provided at Our discretion, and We reserve the right to refuse requests that fall outside of these conditions.

By completing Your purchase, You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with Your financial institution.

  • You have read and understood the nature of the Offering(s) and agree to the terms of this policy.

 

We reserve the right to assess refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis but are under no obligation to grant exceptions unless required by applicable law.
